the regions matched by the `speakableSpecification.cssSelector` in the
page's JSON-LD. Across the public surface this resolves to:

  - `.hero-subtitle`   — one-line value-prop or summary
  - `[data-speakable]` — a 40–60-word direct-answer paragraph
                         hand-tuned per surface variant
